Pubnine ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Coin Signal mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Firebase anonymous user ID (automatically generated)
Google or Apple account identifier (only if you choose to sign in)

Device & Technical Information

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notification delivery
Device timezone

User Preferences

Notification and alarm settings (coins, exchanges, thresholds, sound preferences)
Sleep hour configurations
Language preference
Strategy signal subscriptions

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver push notifications and alarms based on your configured settings
To sync your preferences across sessions
To manage your account and subscription status

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's core functionality.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google) — authentication, push notifications
Google Sign-In — optional account linking
Apple Sign-In — optional account linking (iOS)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your preferences and account data are stored on our servers (AWS). We use industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. No financial data, passwords, or payment information is stored by us.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. If you sign out, a new anonymous account is created and the previous session is disassociated from your device. You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@pubnine.com.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
