Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coin Signal mobile application ("App") operated by Pubnine ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Coin Signal provides cryptocurrency price monitoring, alerts, news delivery, and strategy signal notifications. The App is an informational tool and does not execute trades or manage funds on your behalf.

2. Investment Disclaimer

The App does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All price alerts, strategy signals, news summaries, and other information are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future returns. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred based on information provided through the App.

3. Accounts

You may use the App with an anonymous account or sign in with Google or Apple.
Signing out creates a new anonymous account. You can restore your data by signing in again with the same linked account.
Push notifications are delivered to the device that most recently opened the App.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features are limited under the free plan. Premium subscriptions unlock additional capacity.
Premium purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Attempt to interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure

6. Availability, Modifications & Service Termination

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages do not entitle users to compensation.

We reserve the right to permanently terminate the Service at our sole discretion. In such case:

We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via in-app notification or the email address associated with your account.
New subscriptions and subscription renewals will be suspended upon the termination announcement.
Active premium subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period, processed through the original payment platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Upon the effective termination date, all accounts and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubnine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions, missed or delayed notifications, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
